Email Domain Switch Updates

We are currently undergoing an email domain transfer. If you encounter any issues not listed below, please contact the IT team or HR department for support.

Password

Please log in to your email using the initial password provided by the IT team. Do not change your password until further notice.

Microsoft App

Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel may not function properly with the new domain at this time. These issues will be resolved shortly. Please use the web version to access your email.

Lost Emails

Emails received between April 23 at 9:30 PM and April 24 at 8:00 AM may have been lost. The IT team is working to recover any messages that were not successfully received outside of this time period.

Email rejection

Some email accounts were unable to receive emails starting from April 23 at 9:30 PM. This issue has now been resolved. If you are still unable to receive emails, please contact the HR department for assistance.

Laptop Login

If you're experiencing issues logging in to your company laptop, please contact the IT team directly for assistance.
