facilities, one subsystem development center & two sales/business
development offices worldwide. Our corporate headquarters is situated
in New Jersey, USA.

Our US production facility is located at the company's headquarters, in South Plainfied, New Jersey. This plant houses chip and wafer fabrication and module and subsystem assembly. The research & development group is also at this location. This company-owned building comprises a total area of 240,000 square feet on 18 acres of property. |
| Our second production facility is located in China and maintained by Archcom Technology, Inc.'s privately owned subsidiary Optoelectronic Technologies (Dalian) Co., LTD. The plant is located in the city of Dalian, on the north-eastern coast of China. This 30,000 square-foot building houses module and subsystem assembly. |
