Won T. Tsang received his BSEE from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1971, MSEE and Ph.D. in E.E. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1973 and 1976, respectively. He joined AT&T Bell Laboratories, Murray Hill, NJ in 1976. He was an AT&T Bell Laboratories Fellow and Head of the Semiconductor Photonics Research Department. He is presently the Chairman, President and CEO of Archcom Technology, Inc., which he founded in 1998.
He pioneered researches in molecular beam epitaxy, chemical beam epitaxy, semiconductor quantum well lasers, EML (a name coined by him), and other opto-electronic devices. He developed MBE 0.85 um AlGaAs lasers used in AT&T's first 45 Mb/s lightwave system linking the Northeast Corridor. He developed MBE technique for manufacturing CD lasers. He is an inventor of the first electronically tunable single wavelength semiconductor lasers as demonstrated in the C3 laser.
He is the editor of 5 books on "Lightwave Communications Technology", volumes 22A-22E of Semiconductors and Semimetals, and co-editor of several volumes on "Chemical Beam Epitaxy and Related Techniques". He holds 45 patents and patents pending. He has published more than 440 scientific and technical papers.
He is the recipient of several awards;
the IEEE David Sarnoff Award, the
IEEE LEOS Engineering Achievement Award,
the
AT&T Bell laboratories Fellow Award,
the Young Scientist Award of the
International Symposium on GaAs and Related Compounds,
the Adolph Lomb
Medal of the Optical Society of America,
and the Achievement
Award from IEICE, Japan.
He was the co-recipient with colleagues from Lucent for the Engineering Excellence Award for the development and productization of the Electro-absorption Modulated Lasers (EML) from Optical Society of America.
He is a fellow of the IEEE, the American Physical Society, and the Optical Society of America, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Arun is the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. He is directly responsible for Archcom Technology worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company’s sales organization. He joined Archcom Technology in 2003 as Director of Sales for Global strategic accounts leading the development and implementation of the company’s initial business model. Since then he has brought tier 1 accounts to Archcom Technology.
Arun has more than 25 years of high technology optical, consumer and enterprise experience, holding key positions at startups and large Corporations. Arun held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at JDS Uniphase where he was responsible for subsystem component to tier 1 accounts in NA and Europe. Earlier Arun held the position of Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at Agere System Opto-electronics division where his group Sales for Optical components was $400M per year. Arun also ran the Consumer products business unit at Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for Asia Pacific accounts in Japan, China, Taiwan, and Korea.
Arun graduated from National Institute of Technology in Allahabad, India with a B.S.E.E and M.S.E.E from Canada. He also has received Mini MBA from AT&T School of Business.
Keith McGrath - Vice President of Finance
Keith joined Archcom Technology in 2006 and has served as VP of Finance since February 2008. Prior to joining the company, Keith has held various financial positions in technology driven companies, most notably Siemens USA. Keith began his career in the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young and holds a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Paul Teo is the General Manager of Archcom Technology Optoelectronic Technologies, Co. Ltd., Dalian. He joined Archcom Technology in 2007 and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Dalian Factory.
Paul has more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, holding key positions at startups and large Corporations. Paul held the position of Factory Manager at PT E2O Communications Indonesia. He was Involved in the set-up of the Bintan factory for volume production of optical transceivers. The monthly capacity was 100 K with 400 employees. Earlier Paul held the position of Factory Manager at PT HT Bintan which produced optical pick-up units for CD players. The monthly capacity was 500 K with 500 employees.
